Landgut Pretschen Farm

This farm is one of seven farms across Germany and Switzerland which were acquired by the Edith Maryon Foundation. The aims of this Foundation are to remove biodynamically farmed land from the stream of commerce and inheritance in order to place it- over the generations- in the service of biodynamic farming.

This farm, formerly owned by the GmbH trust, is located southeast of Berlin. It is a 800 ha-farm, with 600 cattle (including 275 dairy cows) and 480 acres of arable land and grassland. The farm employs approximately 25 people and operates a farm shop and cafe.
