Access To Land
We are a social enterprise and co-operative which provides access to land for new entrants. We raise social investment, buy land, gain planning permission, build infrastructure and then sell leases to people with ecological and agricultural skills, as affordably as possible. We have one 22 acre site in Devon with 3 plots on it, currently with a 5 year temporary planning permission. We also aim to produce materials and research which supports the wider low impact movement.
