We focus on supporting local food systems via community supported agriculture (CSA). Our main areas of interests are soil protection, landscape protection and biodiversity. We support organic and biodynamic farming. We also concentrate on access to land via land tenure security and lease contract issues. Our aims are to educate adults in the field of environmental aspects of agriculture and food consumption, provide an advisory service for farmers and consumers to help them set up local-food initiatives and social enterprises, promote local food alternatives and perform research and study activities in the field of sustainable farming and local food systems.
