AIAB Emilia Romagna

AIAB Emilia Romagna works to promote an ecological culture, aimed to protect the environment by the use of organic farming as a method of agricultural production. It includes around 400 organic farms belonging to the territory of Emilia Romagna.

The main activities carried out by AIAB concern the promotion of organic farming, through events, initiatives, publications, involving both producers and consumers. It carries out technical assistance to the agricultural enterprises.

AIAB Emilia Romagna also operates internationally through IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements), participating at the Fair & Bio Table Emilia Romagna that develops, with the major NGOs start-up, some projects of biological pathways in non-European countries.

The AIAB Emilia Romagna work is supported by the members and funding from local, regional, national sources.
